2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

4. SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping: Free economy shipping is available on all orders shipped with physical street addresses within the continental United States only.
Exclusions: Additional charges may apply for PO Boxes, HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other areas outside the contiguous 48 states.
International Shipments: Free shipping does not apply to international shipments. Shipping costs are calculated and viewable live during checkout.
Order Changes: Cancellation or changes are not possible once the order has been shipped.

5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When ordering from Alphinity LLC, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Customs and Duties: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs, taxes, or duties charges of the destination country. Alphinity LLC is not responsible for covering these charges; they must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Refusal of Delivery: If the product is returned upon refusal by the importer of record, Alphinity LLC reserves the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs from the refund.
Currency: All orders are charged in United States dollars (USD).
6. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Display Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Health and Safety: Dinkly Pickleball gear is designed to enhance play. Do not use our products if you have any condition that might be adversely affected by physical activity. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use and seek medical attention.
7. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

8. SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM
Alphinity LLC offers a mobile messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages.

Age Restriction: You may not use the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental permission.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)
In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Alphinity LLC arising out of or relating to this Agreement, such dispute will be determined by binding arbitration in the United States before one arbitrator. The parties agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis; this agreement does not permit class arbitration. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial.
