Dinkly Pickleball Warranty Program

All paddles and bags come with a WARRANTY against manufacturer defects and workmanship, starting from the delivery date.

Warranties are only valid to the original purchaser and not transferable.

Following is our warranty scope :

Art Series——30 days

Fusion Series——180 days

Bags——90 days

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., grip wearing out, scratches, worn edgeguard, graphics fading, chip damage, grit wearing out, etc.)
  • Improper usage, normal play usage, negligence, abuse, or accidents.
  • Hitting objects other than pickleballs
  • Grit variation
  • Parts that have been modified
  • Purchases from unauthorized dealers
  • Individuals who aren't the original purchaser
  • Lack of proof of purchase
  • Final sale items, giveaways, used items, demo units, factory seconds, or items otherwise marked in the product description as ineligible for warranty

Dinkly reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered under our warranty. Each purchased paddle covered by warranty is eligible for a single replacement under this policy.

If the covered product has been discontinued and is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a comparable model of equal or greater value, or provide store credit up to the original purchase price.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@dinklypickleball.com with the following information and we will reach out to you within two business days with next steps.

  • Proof of purchase with order number and order date shown
  • Reason for warranty claim
  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., pictures, etc.). Photos or videos must include a piece of paper with your order number next to your paddle
