Return & Exchange Policy

Paddles Return & Exchange

Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 30 days starting from the date of delivery.

To receive a full refund, all items must be brand new/unused and include all original packaging (including the handle plastic wrap) and accessories. All accessories must be included and must be brand new and unused.

Any returns that affect resale (such as wear on the surface and edge or non-removable stains) will not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, in cases where the item meets the resale requirements but the original packaging has been damaged, a 20% refund fee will be charged for restocking.

A $9 fee will be deducted from each return for a return label. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

The Return Label fee for exchanges is free, but the shipping fee incurred for the exchange needs to be paid.

Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

*Only US domestic customers are supported for returns and exchanges due to non-quality issues.

Pickleball and accessory returns and exchanges

We currently do not support returns or exchanges for pickleballs and accessories due to non-quality issues.
