Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible
Each order is eligible for up to two return or exchange requests, subject to approval.
Non-returnable items include:

How to Start a Return

The reason for the return
Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions once approved.
Return Shipping

For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
We allow up to two exchange or return requests per order, provided all eligibility conditions are met.
If you would like a different product:

You may return the original item for a refund, or

Request an exchange if approved by our support team
Availability is subject to inventory at the time of processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
