Warranty Policy?

6-Month Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal usage.

 

Warranty Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover:
    Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, negligence, or modifications.
  • Cosmetic issues such as faded graphics, worn grip tape, or rattling noises (as they do not affect performance).
  • Extreme temperature damage (e.g., exposure below 40°F (5°C) or above 120°F (50°C)).
  • Paddles used for commercial purposes, rentals, demos, or second-grade paddles.

Warranty Exchange & Return Process

1. Prepare Your Item

  • Ensure your paddle meets the warranty or return conditions outlined above.
  • Include a note describing the issue and your request (e.g., exchange or refund).

2. Ship Your Item

  • After receiving approval from our team, ship your paddle to the address provided in our confirmation email.

3. Processing Your Request

  • For approved warranty claims, we will replace your paddle with the same model (color changes may be requested).
  • Processing takes 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection.

Return Policy?

30-Day Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused pickleball paddles purchased directly from the DINKLY website.
  • Final Sale Items: Custom paddles and other marked final sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The paddle must be unused and free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all manufacturer tags, labels, and accessories.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
  • A $10 processing fee applies to paddle exchanges.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
