This pickleball paddle set is awesome and perfect for beginners and casual players like me. The paddles feel super sturdy but lightweight enough to move quickly, and the grip is comfortable even after long games. I love that it comes with a carrying bag too, makes it easy to keep everything together and just grab-and-go. Are Dinkly pickleball paddles USAPA approved?

Yes—every Dinkly paddle is USAPA certified. That means our paddles meet the highest performance standards and are approved for use in all levels of tournament play.

Why did you start Dinkly Pickleball?

We started DINKLY because we were tired of choosing between style and performance. When we first picked up a paddle we loved—fun, colorful, and different—we were told,

“Pretty paddles don’t perform.”

As we got more serious about the game, we switched to high-end paddles that played well—but they all looked the same.

Plain. Black. Boring.

So we built what we couldn’t find: paddles that play great and look even better. As a women-founded brand, we’re here to prove you don’t have to choose.

Dinkly Pickleball ships within the continental US and Canada.

What are your processing/shipment timelines?

Once you place your order, your gear is reserved in our system and moves through two phases: processing and fulfillment. We allow a 24-hour window for order changes like paddle design or shipping address updates—after that, it’s game on!

Domestic Shipping Policies & Rates？

  • Orders are processed in about 1-3 business days of your purchase (usually within one day on average!)
  • Packages may be shipped from our warehouses located worldwide.
  • We utilize UPS and Fedex.
  • Standard Shipping: You can expect to see your package 6-15 business days after your order is shipped. (If you live in AK, HI, PR or have an APO/AFO that
  • may take longer).
  • Once shipped, we will send carrier and tracking information via email to you.

International Shipping？

Most international orders arrive 8–15 business days after shipping.

We move fast to get your gear out the door, so if you need to make a change, email us at support@dinklypickleball.com as soon as possible!

You’ve got a 24-hour window from the time you place your order before it’s sent to our fulfillment center. After that, the order will be processed for shipment and will be unable to be changed.

How do returns work?

If you would like to return one or multiple paddles, please contact support at support@dinklypickleball.com.You will be responsible for covering return shipping to us, generally $10 or less. Once the return is received, the refund will be processed.
