Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Enjoy free shipping over $100.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
We typically ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You can also track your order status using the link provided below.

 

International Shipping

We welcome customers outside the U.S.!

International shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout page.

Buyers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for any restrictions, duties, or other charges applied by your local customs authority.

 

Delayed & Missing Package

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed by the shipping courier.
If your package is marked as delivered but still missing, please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding. Please wait an additional 1-2 business days as some carriers accidentally mark the package as delivered early. If your package is still missing, please contact us at support@dinklypickleball.com.
We are not responsible for missing orders that were shipped out to the address provided by the customer on the order page, including:
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Unclaimed or refused orders
  • Stolen or missing packages when the carrier confirms the order was delivered
We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

  3. File a Claim If Needed If your order is lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered, submit a claim via the Xcotton Claims Center using:

    2. The confirmation Email sent after purchasing Shipping Protection.
