Warranty Policy？

6-Month Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal usage.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, negligence, or modifications.
Cosmetic issues such as faded graphics, worn grip tape, or rattling noises (as they do not affect performance).
Extreme temperature damage (e.g., exposure below 40°F (5°C) or above 120°F (50°C)).
Paddles used for commercial purposes, rentals, demos, or second-grade paddles.

Warranty Exchange & Return Process

1. Prepare Your Item

Ensure your paddle meets the warranty or return conditions outlined above.
Include a note describing the issue and your request (e.g., exchange or refund).

2. Ship Your Item

After receiving approval from our team, ship your paddle to the address provided in our confirmation email.

3. Processing Your Request

For approved warranty claims, we will replace your paddle with the same model (color changes may be requested).
Processing takes 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection.

Return Policy？

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused pickleball paddles purchased directly from the DINKLY website.
Final Sale Items: Custom paddles and other marked final sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

The paddle must be unused and free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
It must be returned in its original packaging, including all manufacturer tags, labels, and accessories.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
A $10 processing fee applies to paddle exchanges.

Processing Time

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
